Madison Mennonite’s congregants seek to live out their faith in today’s world and context. The church emphasizes activities that express the Pacifist and Anabaptist Mennonite vision of life in Christ and service in the world to which our congregation is committed.
Care Team
MMC’s Care Team celebrates, supports and fosters healthy relationships and lives of the MMC Congregation. The pastor and six members of the congregation make up the Care Team. The Care Team members support and pray for members of the congregation experiencing life events, organize a fall potluck and administer a benevolence fund for meeting emergency needs within the congregation and in the larger community. This is part of MMC’s culture of congregation-wide pastoral care.
Giving
Madison Mennonite gives about 10% of its annual budget to local, national and international organizations that are working to further peace and justice in the world.
Community Service
Members of the congregation regularly volunteer with organizations that are working to further peace and justice in the Madison community.
